TEXO Industries Flexo Folder Gluer represents the ideal instrument for adequately meeting current demands for corrugated cases.

• Feeding unit with TEXO Industries-Feed to grant high speed and feeding accuracy.
• Printing units can be equipped with soft-drive vacuum transfer that eliminates frictions between the sheet and the conveyor plan, allowing to further improve the printing register and consequently the printing quality . Moreover, the life of the belts is longer and the specific spare part cost is considerably reduced.
• The folding station offers all the industrys technological innovations, in particular:
  
  • New vacuum transfer system with perforated flat belts and fan controlled by inverter to grant a more constant and homogeneous transfer.
  • Lower belts pneumatic tensioning system which allows to recover the physiological elongation of the transport belt; thetensioning is released when the line does not work.
  • Upper folding belts with helicoidal run, whose speed can be modified by the operator through the computer, allowing to keep under control the “fish tailing”.

• The slotting unit can be both with a single and a double shaft. This last solution, avoiding manual operations for removing blades, allows to reduce considerably the time to handle new orders.
• Glue distribution is performed by means of an electronic device which can be located on either the left side (flap side) or right side (trimming side) of the box. A system with a double channel which allows to pass from one side to the other, without intervening physically on the machine, is available.
• Possibility to install a removable rotary die cutter unit, equipped with selfgrinding (optional) system of the counter die cylinder.
• Counting- squaring-ejecting station allows to perform high productivity with at minimum reduced downtime due to jams: the front and the back jogging is granted also to the last sheets of the pack.
• Electronic system with a central monitoring unit which allows for automatic line preparation for new orders.
• General electronic programmer which allows to store orders and to recall all the necessary data for the job in question.
• Personal Computer with an industrial flat and touch screen LDC display, which ensures easy and quick set-up and allows to save data in a format compatible with Microsoft Excel® format.
• Advanced system of diagnostic and alarms.
• Possibility of tele- assistance by modem.
• Easy handling of the line and of each unit thanks to precise friendly-use controls.
