The RDC 165 , sold all over the world, is a very reliable Rotary Die Cutter line. This Rotary Die Cutter has been designed and manufactured in the respect of all technical and mechanical traditions which have characterised our work ever since.
Its absolute modular composition offers great versatility and allows a timely investment planning.

Thanks to the wide range of options, among which many can be applied at a later stage, the line can be supplied in the configuration most suitable to the real production need.

Today the RDC 165 is also available in ADVANCE version : the tradition renews itself.

The new Advance version incorporates the soft drive vacuum transfer system distinguishes itself from the traditional line thanks to the adoption of a general electronic programmer which is complete with a central unit and local units to monitor and control the axes of each machine unit.

The personal Computer of the RDC 165 Advance has the following functions :

• Automatic presetof the line at the order change, whichcontrols the different axesof the machine.
• Settingand control from the central PC of the following elements : working speed,number of Sheets introduced and functioning status.
• Alarms display for each machine unit with specification of date and time.
• Automatic washing cycles.
• Main work-process memory :1000 channels are available for storing the processing formulae and there is the possibility to extend the memory to2000 channels. The format used is compatible with Microsoft Excel® .
• Modem connection for tele-assistance which allows the PLC ‘s monitoring of the whole line.

Printing Unit : closed chamber doctor blade, ceramic rolls, Quick Lock system for rapid stereo attachment.
Transfer Unit with possibility to house a hot air drying system.
Fustellatore Rotativo :Rapid System fro the rapid attachment of the die
